Step back in time and experience a turn of the century sleigh pulled by a team of mules. After a ride through the Peninsula Recreation area with its stunning mountain views, enjoy hot chocolate as you listen to live cowboy music at the camp in the woods. Board your sleighs and return to the Nordic Center, listening to the history and stories told to you by your wranglers.

Tour Option 2 | Frisco Dinner Sleigh Rides
This is a mountain experience you will never forget. First, climb aboard an oak sleigh handcrafted after styles found in the 1850s, then nestle yourself under an antique lap robe. A handsome team of mules will take you down a secluded, picturesque trail through the Peninsula Recreation Area. At the end of the ride is a warm and cozy camp tucked deep in the forest where you will be served a three course dinner, including chicken enchilada cheese soup & rolls, chicken and steak with a baked potato and vegetables, apple pie with whipped cream, coffee, hot choccolate and Peppermint Schnapps. Beer, wine and mixed drinks are available for purchase. Camp life also includes excellent music, cowboy puzzles and live entertainment. This is the perfect way to explore the rustic side of Keystone. Sleighs pulled by teams of two Belgian draft horses will whisk you through the Soda Creek Valley on an enchanting one-hour tour. Prepare to relax as you glide over the snow and arrive at a historic homestead, where you will be served a hot drink before you return to the bus that brought you to this remote location in the National Forest.

Tour Option 2 | Keystone Dinner Sleigh Rides
Bundled up in a sleigh, being pulled by Belgian draft horses through the crisp, winter evening is just the beginning of what will surely be a memorable experience. This one of a kind dining excursion takes you to a historic homestead in the Soda Creek Valley. Here you will have an evening full of music together with an amazing three course dinner, including hot chocolate and soft drinks in a rustic cabin with gas lanterns and wood burning stove. To warm you up after the ride and before dinner is served, you will be treated to a shot of Peppermint Schnapps which you can drink straight or mix with the hot chocolate waiting for you on the table. You will start your meal with beef barley stew and biscuits. Your entrée is a choice of steak, chicken or salmon, served with garlic whipped mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Dessert is apple pie and vanilla ice cream. Domestic and Microbrew beer and choices from a good inexpensive wine list including champagne, as well as cocktails are available for purchase with your meal.

If you would like to have a genuine Stagecoach take you to and from your wedding or any other special occasion, you are able to rent a Stagecoach from the Keystone Stables, either for an event on the property at Keystone Resort or offsite.
Cost: $350 first hour and $150 for each additional hour, plus $2 per mile for offsite delivery.(no entrée)

Tour Option 1 | Breckenridge Carriage Rides
A carriage ride through the National Historic District of Breckenridge is a great option for a proposal or anniversary, or for history buffs who would like to know the fascinating stories of this old hunting and mining town, turned ski town. You are able to book the whole carriage for your own custom tour for a maximum of nine people, and even be picked up at your lodging to take you on a tour or to a special dinner.
