It is helpful to have had some previous rafting experience. Class IV rafting trips are offered on the Arkansas River, Clear Creek, and the Eagle River.

ARKANSAS RIVER RAFTING TRIPS

Trip Option 1 | Half Day Numbers Raft Trip

The pioneer whitewater enthusiasts who first ran this northern section of the Arkansas River, did not bother to label rapids with intimidating names describing their thrills. They are simply numbered, but you may lose track counting off the eight rapids on this section. Each Class III-IV rapid is punctuated by continuous whitewater in between, including a steep ledge drop into No. 5.

Trip Option 2 | Half Day Numbers ‘Wyldride’ Raft Trip

As you can imagine, the smaller size of the raft on this trip makes the waves, rapids, and holes much bigger, better, and wetter. Trip Option 4 | 2 Day Numbers Advanced Raft Trip


whitewater rafting coloradoThe two-day advanced trip combines the best whitewater of the Arkansas River. You will start with the class III-IV Numbers and end at the bottom of Brown’s Canyon. This trip provides excellent advanced whitewater with beautiful scenery. Your camp site is just above Brown’s Canyon in the proposed wilderness area. This trip is excellent for groups looking to get away from it all for a couple of days. The trip includes lunch, dinner, breakfast, a snack and all your camping needs. You only need to bring your personal sleeping bag, and if you do not have a sleeping bag they are available for rent.

Duration: 12:30 PM the next day

Trip Option 2 | Full Day Intermediate Outer Limits Whitewater Raft Trip

Start out the day on our intermediate section, with rapids like Phoenix, Nomad, and Outer Limits, before a delicious riverside BBQ lunch. After your lunch break, enjoy beautiful scenery and easier rapids, building to the day;s exciting finale of Upper and Lower Beaver Falls. This steep, technical stretch will keep your heart rate up until the end of the trip. Due to the advance nature of this trip, a minimum age of 15 is required, and participants must be in good physical condition.
